3. AI-Generated Content

The Service provides AI-generated resume analysis and suggestions. These outputs are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all suggestions before use.

We do not guarantee job placement, interview success, or hiring outcomes.

4. Payments & Pricing

Certain features require payment. All payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay).

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

5. Usage Limits

Free usage may be limited (e.g., number of resume analyses). Paid plans provide extended access as described on the pricing page.

6. Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical failure where the service was not delivered.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., resumes).

By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to process your content solely to provide analysis and improve functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are owned by ReviewMyResume and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewMyResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
